Returns and Warranty Policy

At Modcart.co, we are committed to delivering quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. This Returns and Warranty Policy explains our procedures for product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Used or damaged fashion items (clothes, bags)
  • Products without original tags, packaging

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on modcart.co
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item
  3. Click “Request Return” and choose the reason
  4. Upload images (if required) for validation
  5. Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup

Returns are usually processed within 7 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse.

3. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (if available):

  • Use the same return process
  • Choose “Exchange” as the return reason
  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will dispatch the replacement

4. Warranty Policy

Some products may come with manufacturer warranties. In such cases:

  • Warranty coverage and duration are mentioned on the product page
  • Claims must be made with the brand directly using proof of purchase
  • Modcart.co is not responsible for fulfilling brand warranties unless specified

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or Modcart Wallet, depending on user preference, within 5–7 business days post quality check.
  • For COD orders, refunds are made to the customer’s bank account or wallet after bank details are shared.

6. Exceptions & Rejections

Returns will be rejected in cases of:

  • Worn or washed products
  • Items with missing tags or accessories
  • Products returned beyond the eligibility period

7. Policy Modifications

Modcart reserves the right to revise this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
